Chevrolet Customer Service order tracking thread
Chevy Cust Svc:
Sent you a PM on this a week ago, but really did not expect an answer.
Order #RWTX9K, NC. No need to check the order status because my color (DSOM) and painted roof are on restraint and my dealer could not finalize the order when his last allocation became available. Could you explain how the restraints are doled out?
Thanks,
Charles

RWTX9K = 1100: Preliminary Order Accepted. GM would officially accept it at status 2000.

Here's what we have for you:
RWPMC2 = 3300: Scheduled for Production. Your tentative TPW is 9/15. However, this process can take time, is subject to change based on plant schedule, and does not mean that the vehicle is physically being built at that time.

RXSMP0 = 3400: Broadcast for Production. This means the vehicle order has been picked up by GM and is waiting to move towards production at the plant. Your tentative TPW is 9/8. However, this process can take time, is subject to change based on plant schedule, and does not mean that the vehicle is physically being built at that time.

Here's what we have for you:
RZXCJ2 = 3000: Accepted by Production Control. The order has been accepted in the system, but does not have a Target Production Week (TPW) at this time. The order will normally remain in the order bank until GM schedules the next batch of orders for production.

Do you know how many, if any, Canadian orders have been picked up, specifically in the province of Ontario. I haven't heard of anyone with production dates and/or completed builds.
Thank you in advance.
