personalized plaques

I have ordered the personalized plaque for my convertible. Kelly just told me today that the car has moved to 3000. Was wondering when I would hear from Bowling Green as to the information I want on the plaque. Anyone gone through this?

I was contacted by the museum about my plaque content 10 days before the car started on the line, good luck.
