don't do it - far too many sealants that are $50-100 - he is making 200-300% profit....and a permanent sealant should never go on before a detailer gets the surface perfect which is what costs money
google Cquartz Finest or Opti Coat Pro for the best in sealants....or just seal yourself with something like this for $20...
Who has had experience with Auto Armour Paint sealant and interior protection products. Dealer wants to put it on my new car for a fee.
I know nothing about Auto Armour, but I would not let a dealer put ANY sealant/protection products on my car. Historically these dealer installed wonder products are of questionable value and seriously over-priced. They provide dealers a very nice profit and are consequently sold with great enthusiasm. "Just say no!"

Don't believe that courtesy "no touch" car wash pitch at your dealers…you will have swirl marks all over.
Putting on a perm coating like they use and sell for $499 is easy to do but the real key is you have to get the surface perfect first with some tedious polishing, otherwise you seal in the swirls and such. A dealer usually skips this step. Now if your paint is good and you are happy - dawn dishwash the car to strip it and then do this - opti coat 2.0 for $85
The leather seats from the factory have a plastic coating. Nothing you can put on the leather does anything constructive.
On the paint, we use Rejex every 6 mos on our C6 daily driver. Now at 64K miles. But not for long. Museum Delivery appointment is 1-8-14. Look for us on the webcam.
I agree that anything the dealer offers is not worth it. Since getting my C7, I've gotten into Adam's products. I had them do a complete detail and seal, and have since bought a lot of their products to keep it up. I never hand-washed my C6 even once, let alone detail it because I found it tedious, but I find that I like caring for the C7. I think because it just looks so freaking cool, especially when it's all shiny.
