Are all grills painted high gloss black, or flat black?

Are all grills painted high gloss black, or flat black?
Been thinking black may be my body color choice, but I have not been able to see a grill close enough to learn if it is gloss or flat finish. Can someone verify this for me? Yes, I am already thinking about mods for the front end. This pic is the best I could find, but still doesn't allow me to discern the finish.

If by "grills" you mean the vents, every one I've seen - they're painted a glossy metalflake black
Grill is painted same as all vents and scoops, Carbon Flash.
