I placed my order October 10 and as yet have nothing from the dealer other than my status is 1100 like a dozen others on the page shown me. How many shifts are they running when they resume on the 7th? In 2005 the delay for delivery here on the Left Coast seemed endless so I ordered from Pontiac Michigan and the car was built very soon thereafter.

they can run 10 shifts a day, but they are not gonna build your car....as of now....

Your dealer doesn't have an allocation. You should look for one that does if you want faster delivery.
(I ordered Z51 on 11/21, went to 2000 immediately, 3000 a week later, 3300 on 12/12 and 3400 with a TPW of 1/6 on 12/18)

I ordered my Z51 10-11-13. They had allocation. I was #3, #1 Z51 (also ordered that date) has been delivered. Other vette builds with clear roofs (non Z51) or verts were waived by and have been delivered.
Dealer blames Chevy for constraints... My trade has already been taken. I hear so many stories and so little direct communication from Chevy. Hurry up and wait!
