1) Does anybody know the ordering code and pricing on
the wheels pictured above ?

2) Are these wheels relatively available ?

WOW ... these wheels are expensive

Question (or clarification) :

Could these wheels be ordered with the car ?

or

Are these wheels considered an accessory and
have to be ordered through a Chevy dealership ?

5YU LPO, Torque directional chrome aluminum 19" (48.3 cm) front and 20" (50.8 cm) rear wheels, includes wheels, center caps, lug nuts and caps and wheel lock kit. Genuine Corvette Accessory. 5YU can be ordered with Q7S, Q7E or Q7T wheels. When ordering 5YU with Q7S or Q7E or Q7T, 2 complete sets of wheels are being ordered. Please ensure customer desires both sets of wheels before proceeding to place order with LPO wheels 5YU.
1 - Not available with (R8C) Corvette Museum Delivery.
MSRP is $4440.

LPO 5YV was removed from the Order Guide on 8/19/2013 Distribution Update and they have not been added back.

No these are accessory only. You will end up with two sets of wheels.

Yes, you will end up with two sets of wheels, but they can be ordered with your car - and as a result will be covered by your new car warranty, will appear on your Monroney Label (window sticker), etc.
