The dealer should be able to get you a replacement window sticker. I had one replaced on a new C5 that was torn by the "get ready guy" at the dealership. I would keep hounding them or call Chevrolet Customer Service.

I thought it was required in Texas the original owner be provided a window sticker. My dealer gave me one when they got the invoice then when the car came there was one on the car. No reason why they shouldn't provide you with one, ask the inventory manager or who ever has access to GM Workbench.
