What is the definition of "4106 Bailment Released" and "4150 Vehicle Invoiced"?
Do (or how) do these affect "4200 Vehicle Shipped"?

4150 means invoice sent to dealer.
4200 means vehicle has been given to Jack Cooper Transport.
4106 ??????????????????

I believe that 4106 Bailment Released means that the paperwork transferring possession of the car to the carrier has been completed.
