museumm delivery question, when do trhey call

Does anyone know at what event code status the museum contacts you for a delivery date. how much flexibility in the delivery date?

I went status 3000 on Wednesday and they called me yesterday regarding the NCM Personalized Dash Plaque. Once it moved further along in status they will call again (probably within the next week or so) to make additional arrangements.

I got a call about two weeks before my build date. The initial delivery date is about two weeks after the build (allows for QC hold). You can move your date up to two weeks if you need to.

The Museum contacted me about the plaque and I completed the delivery form at code 3000. They got me the TPW and scheduled my delivery date at code 3300.

In the past you could certainly call the museum (Lori) the week before your TPW and they would confirm the build date and schedule the delivery at NCM. You don't have to wait for their call to you.
