How many miles should a new C7 have when delivered by the dealer?

You could have up to 20 if your car is QC checked at the factory.

about 1 in 10 selected for more intensive QC. That said, ours had 4 miles on it at Museum delivery.

This has been asked before and THE definitive answer from Paul was provided. Many will have "single digit" miles - others will have around 25-26 miles on them if they were selected for QC. Mine was delivered to the dealer on a Friday and I picked it up Saturday with the factory shipping cover still installed. I KNOW the dealer only drove it from the transport truck to their garage. Mine had 26 miles on it (and still has only 26 miles on it since I trailered it home).

Wrong. Or at least not entirely true. For the Z51 part of the PDI is checking the diff fluid levels. In order to do that the car needs to be driven several miles to warm the diff fluid up to operating temps or at least close to it before checking the fluid levels. This was added to the PDI inspection requirements a month or two after the first production cars hit the road when there were some initial E-diff failures.
That said, I had 9 miles on my Z51 when it was delivered.
