Default Tight interior

Smaller inside than the C6. Almost too small. With a light jacket it was
noticeable a little tight. I'm 6' and 170 and it is starting to get cramped.

This has been discussed on several earlier threads and continues with the same comments. Even though the interior specs list the dimensions being almost identical to the C6 there is a noticeable difference in "real world" seating situations. I'm 6'1" 225# and it's borderline comfortable. Even my '84 seems roomier once you do the contortions to enter it. My '97 was the roomiest and my '05 is next best. Hopefully once the '14 is out of storage and I put some real miles on it I can find a comfortable position. If not, the '05 will be the car of choice for trips this Summer, which was not the plan...

I think you will be OK. I first sat in the car at the museum and man it was an eye opener. Especially when I jumped into my C6 it seemed like an SUV in comparision.

Once I got accustomed to the C7 it works out. It's a totally different feel as you know and takes some time to get use to.

What I noticed on my test drive was that while sitting in the car and not driving it felt "snug" - when I was driving it felt perfect. I drove the 3LT (which I've ordered) that comes with adjustable bolsters, I was able to get the seat to fit me perfectly.

It is a bit more Armani than Brooks Brothers.

As much as I love a tight cockpit feel, my only complaint about the car is that the seat needs to recline about one notch more than it does.

Maybe I just need to fool around with the adjustments a bit more. Once I get the car out of the garage I'll be able to give it a better assessment.

6'6" for reference.

See Adjusting seats for maximum leg/head room for a great tip on how to adjust the seats. There is definitely a process to follow to get the maximum.

The 1lt interior in black though is sweet! No need for anything more.

It's the one reason why I haven't pulled the plug and traded my low-mile C5 for the C7. I'm not going to spend $70K and have to make those kind of compromises.

While I haven't driven a C7, I have sat in one and I noticed it felt a little smaller than my C6, especially pinched across my shoulders. I'm waiting to take a long drive in one to see how it feels.
I'm 6' 215 pounds and I feel very comfortable in my C6.

Yep, that's about right. Well dressed for our group, means the latest attire for a bowling convention. That's okay, as we have more fun than many of the Porsche/BMW/ Exotic crowd who run around with a broomstick snugly inserted. I'll take Rodney Dangerfield over Judge Smale anyday.
