Last Friday I bought a Stingray, 3LT, Z51 and a bunch of goodies. Its crystal red and Kalahari with the tan convertible top. I have been learning new stuff this weekend and it is much better than the C6.
Had to read the owners book to figure how to do things and that's good. I haven't figured how to install the battery charger without running the cord out through the trunk seal--book don't say. I looked for the battery and I know its there somewhere. I will post a pic when I learn how. cutnout aka Charlie

Congrats on that beauty. You will need to keep the manual handy and after you find the battery under the carpet in the right rear corner, you will wonder how the heck you will get it out when the need arises. Enjoy the ride.....

Don't need to in order to charge the battery or connect a tender. There's a cig-lighter socket right above the battery compartment.
For the OP - congrats on your new ride! Most folks with tender just run it under the hatch and close it (not latch it). In a safe garage that will work fine. Outside or in public parking, not so much. Although I don't how latching the hatch closed should cause a problem, especially if the cable from the tender is a flat type of cable
