How does the c7 automatic perform
Hi all,
I am contemplating buying an automatic c7. Really want the 7 speed but have a good deal on an auto z51.
For those of you that had an auto c6 and now have the auto c7......, how does the c7 auto perform. Is it improved from the c6? I know it is the same tranny, but don't know if Gm improved it from the c6.
My c6 auto shifts with a certain bit of uncertainty, like it is hunting for the right gear. I resolved this with a tune from ecs supercharging.
Nonetheless, any real driving experience with the new c7 auto would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds good, really would appreciate to see more gear shifting with tach displayed, may be a deal maker for a 2015 Z51. I was kind of waiting for the A8 but if the new A6 is as good as Snorman states , I already have a deposit on a 15. Please post, thank you.

Noticed there's a number of YouTube C7 ride-alongs where one camera is trained on the passenger's reactions to the C7 acceleration, and a partial split-screen simultaneously trained out from the windshield with the front view driving the C7. The C7 sounds just awesome 'under-power' to me. Just amazing the acceleration the car undergoes in short bursts after tight turns. A real treat viewing the ride-alongs!
