Screen logic when changing Drive Mode

Screen logic when changing Drive Mode
Can someone tell me if this is the correct operation for the center display?
Currently when I change Drive Mode my screen selections stay the same, so whatever I currently have chosen say INFO & the top menu choice. When I change Drive Mode it changes the corresponding theme but doesn't change the menu selection.
It's real frustrating, because I thought I'd have saved whatever menu's I choose to be displayed while in that Drive mode so next time I switch back to that Drive mode it would automatically change the screen whatever to those saved settings are.
so right now if I'm in Tour Mode & switch to Sport Mode, I have to pull up the options menu PERF & arrow down & select. Then if I go back to Tour Mode & pull up the options menu, select INFO arrow down & select.
I get around the hassle right now by, just setting the display to SPORT & just deal without having all the info I'd like.
