Default Concepts to Reality?

Do the wheels on this Stingray concept from a few years ago remind anyone besides me of the base wheels on the 2014 Stingray?

I agree, that is why I already have a set of rocking aftermarket wheels picked out for when my Blade Silver Stingray gets delivered. I just thought it pretty cool that the Concept was wearing the same wheels as today's production cars...

Anyone else notice that the tail lights are almost identical?

I had a chance to check out the concept Stingray a few years back. I can honestly say what we got is better looking. I said at the time if the final version is even half as cool as the concept, i'd buy it. Well, I bought it.

I may be in the minority, but I still think the concept car is the coolest thing ever built. I too got to sit in in a few years back at the San Diego auto show as part of a local car club and it was the cats meow.

Love from the rear wheels forward! The back half...not so much!

C8 prototype? There is only so much that can be designed into the basic five spoke wheel. Notice the hub is recessed when the C7's wheel is not. I actually like the base C7 wheel. For my taste some of the aftermarket wheels, I have seen, are to busy looking for the design of the C7.
