Pull out the fender wells to access them or remove the bumper covers to take them off from inside. They come out from the inside, not the outside

Fender liners are held in place by a bunch of screws. Remove the wheel and you will see them in the wheel well. There are also a couple screws underneath just in front and behind the wheels. You will also need to remove the splash guards. You really only need to remove half the screws and just pull the fender liner back enough nearest the reflectors so you can access the screws holding the reflectors in place.

It will probably cost a few bucks to get the holes filled and repainted. As long as you are going to pay a body shop to fill and pain the holes why not let them do the removal.

I don't care about the reflectors but I do hate the Daytime running lights, I would like to get them permanently disabled

I didnt realize I needed to take the wheel off, I guess I cant access the fender liner screws without taking the wheel off?

I was looking to replace them with smoked lenses not remove them completely --2 Ag

I don't think that's legal in PA. Might be a problem at inspection.

Don't like the Daytime Running Lights!!! I guess to each his own but I find them unique to the Stingray and complements the car.

Besides, if you're in the drivers seat you can't see them!!

Suggest you not remove. Carefully mask and spray with the darkening spray at parts store. Works fine

I didn't like 'em in the C6 because they were incandescent, generated a LOT of heat and eventually burned their sockets. As such, I used to turn 'em off all the time.

No such concern with the C7's and I do think they look

You probably already known this, but if you flip the light switch back to the off position, the daytime running lights will turn off. Just have to do it every time you get into the car.

I am in the habit of doing it, I did it every time I started my 2012 Volt and every time I start my 2014 Silverado. I would just like to have it fixed so I do not have to do it every time I start up

you may not be able to pass your state inspection if you remove them. certain safety provisions that are stock can not be removed. of course, your inspection station, if not a corvette dealer would likely not know this, but its your risk if you do not check your law. Default Tint the lenses

There are venders that sell tint that you apply to the outside of the lenses. I think that's how they are on Glen e car.

was looking at a more professional look then just the tint, I see a vendor has led lights that run all the way down the reflector but want to ensure I remove them properly as everything these days are crappy tabs that break off if you dont know what you are doing.

Should look pretty good. Post up pics when you get it done.
