I placed an order for a Z51 on Feb 25. Dealer submitted the order to GM but it looks like they have yet to pick up the order, so am I looking at a $3,200 price increase???

If your dealer really input the order into GM OrderWORKBENCH on Feb 25, then you are at 1100 and according to Kerbeck dealer feedback in the other price increase threads, you are price protected. Take ATX-C7's advice and contact your dealer.

I ordered 2/21 and I am protected. Don't worry. Once you sign the contract you are protected to that agreed upon price.
It does not necessarily matter when you were given a final quote/contract by the dealer.
If you were issued a GM order number by 3/2/14, which means you were at least at event code 1100 on 3/2/2014, you are price protected.
You can check with your dealer, but the rules apply to everyone, unless your dealer put something in writing on your contract/quote that specifically states you have to pay the difference for any price increases.

You are only price protected if you car gets built as a 2014.
At the end of the 2014 ordering cycle (around June 26), anything that didn't move to 3000 code, will be cancelled by GM.

If you have a signed contract , with the price, should be OK , it has to state if there are any exceptions

I ordered my z51 in January and am looking at April delivery. Per my dealer, as long as he has your order and a deposit your protected. It's bad enough most of us are waiting for a car that will be almost a year old when we get it, it would be a kick in the *** if they beat us for more money.
Ya know if you wanted the car earlier in the year, "It's bad enough most of us are waiting for a car that will be almost a year old when we get it," you should have ordered it earlier! GM builds cars, they don't read minds!
I ordered my convertible in mid June, never having seen a C-7 in person, (so to speak.) The 1st C-7 that I actually got to see, (and sit in) belonged to a friend of mine that I met on Corvette Forum. My Torch Red convertible which was delivered on January 11th, was the 1st C-7 convertible that I saw, (and I love it!)
I think you are protected. But if dealership tries to add on then fight it. You should have a receipt that says what you agreed on. They can't add expenses after the fact.
