Default What is this post??

Some time back someone posted a question asking about what appeared to be air deflectors underneath the Z51 at the rear. I have searched for the post but can't find it. I just looked under my newly delivered Z51 and can't seem to find what the post was talking about. I think my dealer may not have installed them. Can someone point me to that post or provide more information?

Thanks,

Steve

It was on a convertible Z51. Coupe doesn't have the air deflector.

I think he is talking about underneath the car. I remember something about air deflectors that are supposed to be installed by the dealer that are supposed to help cool the brakes or some other system, and they are left off at the factory because they have a tendency to get knocked off during delivery.

I would pursue this with the dealer that sold you the car.

It is an air deflector attached to the bottom of the differential, on Z51 convertibles only. For the differential cooler.

OK, convertibles only, I have a coupe therefore I don't have it.
