Google gets a lot of hits on Chrysler-Jeep Forums.
I guess this is the official definition: "Engine Oil Pressure Control Circuit Stuck Off".
Seems mostly related to oil filter issues with the Chrysler V6 disposable cartridge filter.
Don't know what it means for C7.

with the engine oil pressure control solenoid commanded (ON) engine oil pressure is lower.
PO6DD engine oil pressure control solenoid valve stuck OFF so for some reason your pump housing which moves back and forth changing flow effectiveness of the oil pump may have failed because of control solenoid Issues. Says it varies pressure 4 psi @ 1200 rpm
The code is set when the engine oil pressure is above or below a calibrated amount during the time the solenoid is changing from ON and OFF states. So anything that affect oil pressure might be suspect. Its only a hint as to where the problem might be!
