Default From NCM delivery to C7R widebody project "True Patriot"

This picture is two fold, first documents the trip from NCM to Scottsdale, Arizona. Secondly, I pushed the Stingray to suck 99.99% of it's go-go juice and got an astonishing 445 miles on one tank of gas, while in "touring" mode. Cruising 65-75 mph (depending on speed limit)

I was scheduled to do the plant tour and upon arrival, I got so giddy like a schoolgirl, I just told the NCM staff hand me the key fob and send me on my way and even CF member "BGOOD" was like WTF, you don't want to see the plant? Nope and hit the road I-65 south to I-20 west to avoid the ice/snow covered roads along the I-40 route.

By the way "BGOOD" we still have a bet to settle, who has the best "dash plaque" between us

My first stop was in Shreveport, Louisiana and played the slots at the casino and ended up winning $3500 smackaroo's

The second leg of the trip, I concentrated on playing with the various settings of the Stingray to get my comfort level and drive experience on.

One thing that couldn't get adjusted to my liking, is the competition seats. Not meant for the long haul period. However, having gone from 18 - 85 degrees in 3 days, the cool seat function works wonders on the family jewels...

I found this feature, perfect for the long drive, during on the SPORT mode for the steering. When braking it automatically brings the steering back to normal.

Using the above audio settings, I believe I achieved the desired results.

Upon arrival back to Arizona, I got a quick carwash and took the below photos :

EXCELLENT WRITE UP and PICS! Appreciate you taking time to post settings, etc.

Heck I would have left the tour behind as well for $3500

Awesome pictures and write-up! Winning at Shreveport doesn't hurt either! I've yet to ever leave there up... I try every year though

Love the stripe in the trunk area if I'm seeing that right.

Question, Your windows are tinted, correct. Gives it an even a meaner look

Nice. I'll be looking for your car on the road. I'm in Scottsdale twice a week for work. Black non-Z51 for me.
