You must have a convertible or the window down. The Mic is located on the drivers side A-Pillar which is right by the window. If you window is down, roll it up. If not, I am not sure. Mine works fine though at highway speeds. At least it did last time I tried it but window up is a must at any reasonable speed. I'd image with the top off, the same would hold true as wind noise will certainly cause noise issues and make it next to impossible for callers to hear you.
