Delivery driver tip
Just a quick question, my delivery is tomorrow from Rick Conti to Kansas and I'm curious to know what kind of tip, if any, others have given the driver? I'm thinking 50-100. I know people tip a waitress 10% for carrying food but this guys carrrying my baby! Delivery is $1150

When my car arrived in October the driver was awesome, obviously a well seasoned driver. He repeatedly refused my attempt to tip.
The courtesy delivery rep at the dealer kept the facility open over two hours late and he received a well deserved tip.

Tip?!? Hey this guy's not doing this for free! 
I'm paying good money for it and I know he's a businessman and isn't losing money bring my car down. I still had to wait a week for him to load up his truck so he'd make more money. A tip? Ridiculous.
PS: I'll give him a couple of beers to enjoy when he gets home.
