Yes, status 1100 simply means your dealer has successfully typed a proper order into the computer. Status 2000 means your order was paired to an allocation and GM has accepted it.

if your stuck at 1100 for quite sometime there is most likely an allocation problem.
Seeing as you are with Kerbeck I don't think you will have much if any problems

You will be at 2000 tomorrow since that is when GM picks up orders and I have no doubt Kerbeck has allocations. Good luck and pat yourself on the back knowing you went with a dealer that will get it done!!!!

lol thx I had an allocation problem when I ordered my 13' m3 so I was super freaked out about not having the car produced right away lol

You give them a bunch of money and then they give your allocation to someone else because they can not manage the supplier chain.
With that said, I love my car and I love my dealer. The ordering process needs to be changed. This is not how you treat customers.
Hopefully things will change with the "NEW" GM

what about that other thread where they were saying that now GM is only picking up orders every other week ? I wired the money on march 28 or so it was recieved by them mon april 1 or tues april 2. he said the order went in. just got my tracking number the other day and am at 1100 so I will be 2000 this week or next week ?
