PROBLEM SOLVED BY DEALER!!!!!!
Minor adjustment loosening a few bolts and adjusting about 1/8". Can't tell you exactly other than what I was told!
I have a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put on a set of the Nurburging Gunmetal Grey and machined! AWESOME on my CGM C7 !
NOW THE PROBLEM...
The rear right tire RUBBING ! ?? Did I get a bad rim?
NOPE!! Reversed the rear wheels and the right side still rubs when hitting bumps/dips at normal speeds! Tire actually sticks out from the body about 1/4 " Think the body is not straight to the frame??? SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!

It was fairly common on the C6, probably also on the C7, but rarely noticed until up sizing wheels/tires.
Might be fairly easily addressed or might be more involved. I think I would start with an alignment check by someone who really knows what they are doing. Focus on the toe and thrust angles. Since I haven't dealt with it, for now I'll just refer you to this C6 discussion for info:

stock tires?
20x10.5" +65 ?
lowered with aftermarket bolts?
pic of area where it rubs?
body not straight to the frame?
My right side measures 28.5" ground to fender (lowered stock bolts)
Mine has not been lowered but measures 28.5 same as yours! It rubs right at the top of the wheel well. Stock tires. I don't think it is a ride height problem as much as the whole rim/tire sticks out further than the left side!

I recommend you double I check the rim width and off sets that you purchased.

So was this a problem with the stock wheels/tires?
If you want to stick with the TSW wheels with their extra outward offset your best bet is to dial in some negative camber. 1.0 degree of negative camber is right at the edge of GM spec, or you could go a bit more without excessive tire wear. Just be sure the toe-in is within specs.

I never looked at the stock rim. Figured that since there have been a lot of forum members changing to these I thought I'd do mine. The new rim is 10.5 wide and the stock is 10 wide. Again, this problem is definitely on the right side only! Same stock tires
Hi Glen e
It was your pics that got me hooked of the rims I have not lowered anything and not changed to a different tire! Just rubs on bumps and dips. I am not the kind of driver to see how far I can fly from a bump! I honestly don't think I got to 75 MPH yet
The dealer is probably going to ask you this, does it rub with the stock wheels? If not, if it only rubs with the aftermarket wheels, good luck getting that fixed if it turns out to be an in depth problem that is going to require a lot of time to troubleshoot/fix.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Just really disappointed that they say that you can go up to a 11.5 rim without any problem. With all the members here that have changed to these, no one has said any problems. Again, its only on the right side! No rubbing on the left side with aftermarket rims
I REALLY LIKE THEM!!!

Yea, aftermarket wheel "fitment issue" is not their concern (even though it may be an alignment issue, they will probably only deal with a stock set up.)
But you're right, others have the Nurburings and no one said they have problems. ANd its interesting that its only on one side even though you switched the wheel to other side.
Please keep us posted - I just purchsed the same wheels and am putting the stock tires on them.
Question - is your's a Z51?

From a forum vendor:
You can go as wide as a 12.5 in the rear. Our awesome set up is a 20/21 setup. 20x9.5 in the front and a 21x12.5 in the rear. Tire size 285/25/20 front & 375/20/21 rear. You can keep a 19/20 set up with 19x9 front & 20x12 rear if you dont want to go as aggressive.
