Not sure what they stand for, but they appear to be some sort of Dealer identifier. My Charge-to BAC is the same as the BAC at the top which identifies the dealer I ordered from. On mine the Ship-to BAC is different than the Charge-To BAC because I did NCM delivery. I assume the Charge-to and Ship-to BACs would be the same unless you are doing a courtesy delivery or NCM delivery.
I found an interesting document that apparently lists Courtesy Delivery enrolled dealers and it has their BAC code: http://doczine.com/bigdata/2/1365575...ed-dealers.pdf. No date on the document, so I have no idea how out-of-date it is. I did find my selling dealer's BAC on it.

I saved that document, two local San Diego Chevy dealers and my Cadillac dealership was on the list.
