Default When do dealers get allocations?

I was wondering when dealers were told by GM what allocations they get for each production week? Is it simultaneous with the weekly constraints updates that get released each Thursday?

For example, yesterday the constrains update was released for the production week of April 21st. That's 4 1/2 weeks before production. Is that the same day that dealers are told how many allocations they have for that particular production week?

As of March 11th, there were 24 Z51 coupe orders ahead of me and I just wanted accurate info before asking my salesman what the actual allocation numbers were for the last two weeks to see if they are continuing as projected (which was 4-7 per week taking the current constraints into account).

Thanks!

Ouch, 24 ahead--are you working with large forum dealer? Please tell me yes.

And allocations come out each Thurs.

I'm just south of DC, so I ordered at a the largest local dealer to me in Maryland (Criswell). I think they are pretty large, but I don't know if they are a forum dealer. Deposit in on March 8th and was told at the time that my allocation would come sometime in mid-late April for a mid-late June delivery. Keeping fingers crossed.

Edit - BTW - Thanks for the confirmation of Thursday being the days they received allocations.

Salesman confirmed that I've moved up to 16th. That means they got 16 coupe allocations in the last two weeks (max of 8 Z51s according to constraints)....so still on track according to projections. On the slow end of the projections....but on the projections nonetheless.

I understand my order gets the next allocation at my dealer for a non-Z51 coupe (nothing on restraint). Last Thursday the buyer in front of me was told he would be at 2000 this Tuesday which did in fact happen. If the allocations are indeed every other week, I guess I should get the nod for 2000 status next Thursday to go into effect the following Tuesday the 2nd of April. I'll surely have my fingers crossed...
