Default Removing crossed flag emblems

Are the front and rear crossed flag emblems removable? Don't know that I would do it but just curious. Are they applied with a double stick tape, or will removing them leave a hole or indentation in body panel if secured by a clip from rear? I know it is a classic Corvette piece of trim, but it would sure clean up the look. I am number 1 on my dealers Z06 wait list and looking forward to the day!

They are removable however there is an indentation in which they sit into. They are only held on with double sided tape but removing them permanently would leave the indentation on both the front and rear.

as mentioned above.... indents.

you can remove the badges using hair dryer and dental floss.

but you will still have the indents/

because the flags are only joined at the base you can torque them getting them off...better to "lift" them off

soak with goo gone for an hour, irrigating the emblem every 15 min with an eyedropper, then get behind them with fishing line and slowly "saw" them off....

they come off perfectly - mine painted carbon flash, put em back on with thin 3M VHB tape:
