If it makes you feel better, when I ordered my 2008, and was awaiting museum delivery, GM Autoworkers went on strike with my Vette on the wrong side of the picket line. I begged and pleaded with someone at the museum to arrange transport and they assured me to be patient, because IF my car crossed the picket line I wouldn't want it. I don't remember but it took a few weeks and all was good. Point is...I barely remember now, after I got it it was a distant memory.
On the Chevy order tracking website does your status say "Production Complete" or is it at "Shipped/En Route"? If it is at "Shipped" status, the car is probably on its way.

Site has said shipped in route since 3/14 As of today everyone says (Customer service) says still bayed! I don't care if its in route somewhere.... but sitting in BG????
WTH???
Customers get all kinds of information, some not so accurate. GM tracker site isn't accurate, one person went from queued to shipped skipping production complete (they shipped a queue). This morning my dealer said my order will go to 3400 tomorrow, TPW of 3/31, tonight on tracker Marisa said TPW 4/14. Does your dealer have the invoice? I'm told the invoice arrives about a week before the car. Probably as reliable as it gets.
My C7 was made Feb 25, did not receive it till March 15, only takes 8 hrs from BG to Tampa, before you know it you'll be behind the wheel, enjoy you new toy awesome car.
I bet $100 it's enroute. Cust Service doesn't know squat.
Had my car 4D00 on hold until Tues. What really happened, it was picked up by trucking company Sat and delivered to dealer on Tues. What did Cust Service say--it was still in BG.

I've seen where "bayed" means the car is sitting at a rail yard somewhere waiting in its next train ride. Or perhaps "bayed" may mean that it is at its destination rail yard waiting on a truck to deliver the car to the dealer. I don't think "bayed" means the car is still at BG. Either way, it is my opinion that the info provided by Chevy Customer Service or Chevy Live Chat is as of the end of the prior day and not live.

Today GM Chat and Marissa said its bayed at BG.. My dealer called dealer services tonight and they said car is loaded on a carrier in BG waiting for a DRIVER! LOL so soon enough.. hoping next week.
Thanks for everyone's input!
