My top is higher on the driver side along the rear panel. Has anyone else noticed this on theirs? I took to the dealer and they told me that they could not adjust the back and I may need to have their body shop to "tweak" it. I'm sure there is an adjustment that could be done, but haven't found anything yet for the c7.
Mine is flush. I have noticed that on both sides when putting top back in place you have to make sure the rubber seal is tucked in properly or it will rise/curl up. If you can provide a photo it would help.

Yup I noticed that too. Now I check both sides of the seal before applying the latches

Here's a picture. Don't believe it is the rubber seal because I've had it on and off a dozen times trying to correct. You can see it sticking up on drivers side and slowly goes flush across the roof.
I swapped my transparent top for a body color top with a local forum member. After swapping the top, the new one was higher on the drivers side like yours.
The fix was easy and I did it myself. It requires removing the upper trim panel just behind the rear of the targa on the car itself as well as pulling loose the side panel that the seat belt passes through. This is the panel that intersects the top panel mentioned above. These panels snap into place with clips. You can remove the side panel entirely if you like. You just have to remove one bolt from the seat belt where it attaches to the seat. If you follow the belt down to the seat, you will see a little thick plastic cover just above the base seat cushion. Pop it open and remove the bolt. Again, this is not necessary as you can snap that side panel off and push it out of the way with the seat belt still attached.
The idea is to access the eyes that the roof tabs slide into. Those eyes are held in place by two bolts. The eyes themselves are slotted where they bolt to the car so as to be adjustable up and down and side to side. With those panels removed, place the top into position and latch it down. Loosen the two bolts enough that you can push down on the roof where it is high and line it up. While holding down on the roof, tighten the two bolts. Repeat if necessary on the other side. Then snap the panels back into place and you are done. It's very easy.
It's about a 20 minute job. Maybe 30 if you are slow. Alternatively, you can take it to your dealer. For me, I have no issue digging in to my car if it spares me a day without it.
Here are a couple shots of what you are looking at as far as what to adjust. I did mine when I was converting my C7 to upper suede trim so the panels needed to be removed to be recovered in suede.
This is the rear area with all the panels removed.
This is the little eye I am talking about. You can see the two bolts that you loosen in the face of it to make the adjustment.
Glad to help. It's very easy. The biggest part of the job is removing the panels but even that is easy. Just take your time. An interior panel removal tool set comes in handy but these panels can simply be pulled off of you don't have the plastic panel tools. You can get the panel removal tool set at almost any chain auto parts store. I got mine from Harbor Tool and Freight but I've seen them at PepBoys too.

Thanks for sharing these details. My roof was not aligned on the passenger side. In addition to the visual annoyance, it was also creating wind noise. The pictures helped me to easily get my roof aligned properly. It is interesting to note that one of the larger bolts on the bottom that hold the entire pin assembly in place was only half-way threaded. I guess the assembly-line guys got distracted!

Thank you for the post.. I’ve been asking questions and looking at other corvettes to see if other roofs were not aligned. It lined up perfect after adjusting these bolts.. a before and after
If it was me I would get another person to help you take off the roof and each of you go to each side of the car and with top on and not hooked up push from each side to get the roof to meet the front and check for gaps such as a wrinkle of the gaskets
