Nice...investigate a "curb alert" system for your splitter, Lashway will be selling them soon....
It is something to consider. Im pretty observant when it comes to parking. Like you I have removed that air diverter under the car, so its high up, but it does stick out another inch or two.

That's beautiful! Like you, I am very diligent in approaching parking space blocks and curbed parking spots. yesterday I made the one mistake that would have destroyed the splitter... thank God it was only the bolts under the front end that scraped, but I thought I was going to throw up when it happened! I will definately be investing in a curb alert system before spending that kind of coin on the splitter. again, looks fantastic!
Carbon Flash painted? If so order some touch up paint now it will chip all over with the slightest touch of a sand pebble. Ask me how I know
Yes, in this case its Carbon Fiber but painted Carbon Flash. I ordered a fiberglass one but they were nice to be and gave me a Carbon Fiber as Ive waited patiently
I hate chips I realize that chips can be my enemy as I add wider tires a splitter etc. As Glen stated having a curb alert is a good idea.

Since yours is CF underneath it probably won't show the chips as bad. Mine is fiberglass and it's white under the paint so it shows chips like a sore thumb. I have touched it up twice already. Every time I take a drive I see a new one. Looks great BTW!!

Good to know...mine finally showed up yesterday and I think I'll get it XPEL'd before i install it. no since risking it.
and XPEL....again, lashway is investigating both XPEL and the curb alert
Glen - XPEL would be a great idea - wish I thought about that before I installed it - I did use some double face tape, its needed on the edges, plus the 10 bolts, just dread taking it apart at this point.
Mine is solid black underneath and is super light.

Great Idea - I wish I had ... I think I will hold off now only because it could be a pain for me to take mine apart now ... with the extra tape I used.
Can you post a picture with the camera at the height of splitter with the complete front in pic.I want to see how much lower the front is, also how far out does the splitter stick out.

Thanks, George
I just went out and measured it. As far as this splitter being lower, its not by much. You can see by the one picture its not very thick. I liked this one the most as its not real thick, its pretty simple looking. However simple and thin does not mean cheap as that its not.
In the center at the point its about 1/2 out from stock on the sides at the biggest spread its 1 1/4 inches out (not down). The car is in the garage now, next time Im out Id be happy to take a different angle shot.

Thanks, I was concerned if the slitter would rub going into my driveway.

My driveway to the sidewalk is steep and the stock rubber air deflector used to rub when I came down or went up. I took it off as it drove me crazy. This fits up high and not even close to scraping.
Here is a front shot of my car with the air deflector removed ... you can see how much room is available. I think there is alot of room.

Thanks, I have a Z51 with no rubber in the middle just the sides and I get a slight rub. I think the splitter will be OK.
