Cleartastic paint protection
Has anyone used it for behind both wheels to prevent chipping? They have it in non stick and adhesive.

Been discussed here many times. In fact I'd say it's been discussed ad nauseum!

Is there a vendor that offers the Xpel pre cut for behind the wheels?

That's only area you NEED to protect. Again, there are seemingly a billion threads about it.
You NEED to cover the rockers, the area IN FRONT of the rear wheels are the minimum. The nose and hood aren't a bad idea either.
Anyway, do a search for "Xpel" and you'll have plenty to read.
