Canceled and bought
Canceled my order with local dealer. Arctic white Z51 1lt. Ordered January and today my dealer informed me that it did not look good.Went to dealer a few miles away and I'm picking up tomorrow. Arctic white non Z51 but 2lt trim,performance exhaust, many more options. Little more than my original order but I can not wait any longer.No sleep tonight! I'll post pics soon. Thanks everyone for so much useful information. Will remain on forum for more great info. Hopefully I'll some of my own soon.

I had a similar thing happen to me with a car I ordered last November.
I left Anderson SC at noon Tuesday and am in a motel in Carlisle PA (11:50 PM Tuesday), I should be in NH tomorrow afternoon.
I am getting almost the exact car I order minus the carbon fiber dash.
Z51, 3LT silver with black interior vert, mag ride, exhaust, plus two things I did not want, battery saver and carbon flash spoiler and mirror.
I am about 7 hours away.
I left Anderson SC at noon Tuesday and am in a motel in Carlisle PA (11:50 PM Tuesday), I should be in NH tomorrow afternoon.
I am getting almost the exact car I order minus the carbon fiber dash.

I don't - all of my c5's & c6's were Z51's. When GM announced the constraints on C7 Z51, I cancelled the option. My current opinion is that if you're not gonna put the car on the track, it's overkill. This car is easily the equal of my '13 Grand Sport (basically a Z51).
