Default Performance driving courses

I live in NW Indiana and looks like mid may delivery on my z51. Can anyone recommend a performance driving course that you have attended within a few hundred miles. I am not looking to race but would like to not be a total rookie when I get some track time.

I know they are going to offer some later this year at the motor sports park they are building at the corvette museum.

Many tracks offer classes. On a whim, I checked on Indy and sure enough, it may be an option. Details here.

Bondurant will put you in a C7. Of course, you have to fly Phoenix - far for you, close (6 miles) for me.

You cannot go wrong with this school.
http://www.springmountainmotorsports...-owners-school This is a discount rate for all C7 owners. Also consider buying the additional 3rd day. Once you start driving this great performance car on the track its hard to stop. There are many reviews on this school and I have attened many times that I stopped counting. I have Never been disappointed at Spring Mountain.

People here don't read so well.

Skip Barber has driving schools at several race tracks, including Road America in WI and the Autobahn in Joliet, IL. They are excellent courses and are very close to you. Here is a link to their site.

check out "Hooked on Driving" great lakes region. They even have corvette as a sponsor. For a future treat maybe use your certificate within a year of your C7 delivery for the Ron Fellows school and get some cheaper airfare to vegas well in advance.
