Forum Search Function
Not intending to insult anyone but I don’t find the search function to be very user friendly.
Case in point, I know there was a thread on the gear ratios in the 2015 Z06 A8 but don’t know where it is. I’d have thought that entering “A8 gear ratios” in the search window would have given me a quick answer but it doesn’t.
Any suggestions on how to get more info out of the search? Thanks, Don

Using the "site:" function of Google can be helpful.
Search for site:corvetteforum.com C7 A8 ratios Z06

The search function works great! Go to advanced search. On the left side put "ratio" in the keyword field. Below that there is a pull down. If you want to search for titles which is how I found your topic, click the pull down and select "Search Titles Only". Searching titles makes it easy to find a thread on a specific subject.
On the lower right side of the advanced search screen there is a menu of the various forums to search in. In this case, I selected C7 Z06. Then click search and this is what you come up with. Notice your topic n the search results below?
