Default The long journey starts today.....

Just got my 1100 notification from Criswell Chevrolet, Gaithersburg, MD. Via Mike Furman. The long journey to Bowling Green starts today. It will be a museum delivery.

Got a Torch Red Convertible with Adrenaline Red interior, with black top, 3LE, Z51, loaded...black wheels, performance exhaust, competition seats, dual full length racing strips carbon flash, etc.

Now my wife and I wait patiently and hope for the best.

Agree, known Mike for some time, and Criswell and Mike are tops in my book. Great guy just to talk too.

SWEET, Congrats! I feel your pain, my wife and I went 1100 last Friday Apr 4th. We are also getting a Torch Red (but it is a coupe) with Adrenaline Red interior, 3LT, Z51, black wheels, performance exhaust and can't wait, it is killing me

We are also doing Museum delivery so we may be close in deliver time. I am in the Nashville area so if you are driving back through and have some time would love to see your car. We plan on diving ours up to your neck of the woods to Virginia the end of June.

We plan to fly into Nashville, and maybe spend a day there, then drive down to the Museum the next day. Wheres a good fun place to stay for one night? Got any recommendations? Last time we did Museum delivery we stayed in Memphis, because wife wanted to go to Graceland. So this time its Nashville. I think, if I remember right, its about an hour or two drive from Bowling Green, correct? At the 15th Anniversary of the NCM we went on River Boat Ride out of Nashville. Have you gone to the next level of build yet 3000? Do you have a production date yet? Has the NCM called you yet?

This is exciting....

OP a friendly suggestion-- get the mag ride on your Z-51. Feeling the ride change as you go from Tour to Sport to Track is much fun.

Sounds like a very beautiful car!
