Default How would you change the C7?

In the spirit of Engaget's "How would you change the ___" series (for example http://www.engadget.com/2014/04/06/hwyc-nintendo-wii-u/ )

Now that you have been driving your C7 and the new car smell is finally wearing off, How would you change it?

Let's keep this to changes that you would hope that GM will fix for later model years of the same C7 or a software update, so....
No rants. Like "I want round taillights"
Nothing that fundamentally changes the car "I want a 4wd C7"

----------

1) Redesign the vette logo on the touring seats so it does not catch on clothing and get broken off. Touring seats (at least in 3LT) have a chromed plastic vette logo around collar line height. It is affixed in the center and the flags can easily stick out when pressure is on the leather. (catching on my clothes, ruining my jacket and causing one of the flags to snap off the logo). It really should be embroidered, or just leave it off.

2) zoom **** for the NAV system.

3) dedicated NAV button. I'll re-read the manual, but it seems like I am always pressing HOME button then tough screen NAV to get back to the map.

1) Revert seat memory operation (M7 at least) to that of the C6 which made a LOT more sense

2) When Engine Sound Management is turned OFF, really turn it OFF (NPP)

3) Obviously, resolve paint issues

Good, stuff. #1 made me think of another one, so my

4) If the driver adjusts the cabin temperature dial, turn on AUTO on the ventilation system if it is not on. Spent far too long cursing the car's inability to cool down, before I realized AUTO had gotten turned off.

Default Improve visibility.

Visibility to the rear and sides is not the best. Blind spot idicators on the side view mirrors would be appreciated by many.

Here's my additions:

1) When a phone call takes place through Bluetooth, turn ESM back on and keep the cabin quiet! (Currently I have to go to tour mode and hope I left ESM on).

2) Make the voice command faster and able to understand "71 degrees" so it will set the temperature by voice, or "Passenger temp, 73 degrees" So many commands missing from the voice command. And it's very slow to boot.

Rev-match feature should default to last setting. If "on", it should stay "on", like in the 370Z.

Upgradable infotainment system - with tech advances it would be nice to swap the processor/storage over time

I'd like to be able to upgrade to the performance camera - that was a great add by GM

- Don't see why this is turned off

- Upgrade the cup holder and power outlet section of the center console. They seem so cheap in relation to the rest of the car. Every time I press the cup holder cover I think it's gonna break.

- Lumber/bolster support adjustment on the GT seats seems very meh. Remove it or make it better. Really doesn't seem to do much.

Minor quibbles that can be corrected. Nothing big.

Two items I would change:

1. The carbon fiber dash option should be expanded to include carbon fiber all over the console instead of just on the top of the dash. The plain plastic by the console/shifter looks cheap especially with the carbon fiber dash.

2. Don't have 4 exhaust pipes in the center of the car-move 2 to one side and 2 to the other or just have 1 large pipe on each side.

I'd like to have the DIC to have the ability to display diagnostic trouble codes (like the C5 has).

Here's what I would change. Get rid of that ugly silver bar in the front grille and make it all black. Put on an aggressive splitter on the front end. Put on a larger more aggressive rear spoiler. After all isn't this an aggressive sports car?????? Without those 3 things the car just doesn't look very aggressive. Also I would offer as an option the racing type steering wheel that they put in the Z06. Three out of four of those items could be offered as an "option", that way GM can put a little more jingle in their pocket. Which I have no problem with. While we're at it also please offer a CD player as an option too. There you have my wish list!!!!!!!!

How about updating the rear backup camera CCD to something later than 1990?

The image quality is horrible, in light I cannot see what is behind the car at all.

It's 2014, even the cheapest cars have high resolution super clear rear backup camera's.
