Default Performance Exhaust?

Does anyone have a GM part number for the $1195 Performance Exhaust ad-on? Mine did not come with it and I want to order it and have the Dealer install it or is there a better option? I just want a deeper louder sound than the stock without changing everything. Thanks!

A couple people are trying to retrofit, but not sure if they have been successful yet.

The wiring harness does not exist to hook up the actuators on non-NPP cars.

Best bet is to get an aftermarket exhaust or if you need the dual mode feature, check with billy boat to see if the C6 actuators fit on their fusion exhaust and use the vacuum actuators from the previous gen.

The performance exhaust (NPP) has multiple sound levels which are electronically controlled by the car. A car that did not come with the performance exhaust from the factory won't have the components in the car itself that are needed to simply swap the base exhaust for the NPP exhaust and have it function properly. It may be possible but not a simple swap. The simplest option, therefore, might be an after market exhaust.

NPP valves (at the rear of the muffler), open up a relatively straight through exhaust path. This is all done via electronic controls depending on the mode you are in. When they are closed the exhaust is routed to the inner pipes and muffled more. The internal piping is perforated and the red would be Packing. As mentioned, the wiring doesn not sxist in Non NPP cars, though, since the valves are electric, a simple switching system could be wired in..

Thanks! So whats your advice on an aftermarket performance axle back?
Or do they even make one available for the C7? I see some listed like Billy Boat but I have no idea, like I said, first Vette and really just want that deep growl without the drone?

I have on my c6 and will have on my c7 when I get one, a Billy boat (b&b) bullet exhaust, 4" round tips. Thing sounds mean. Very nice deep sound and its only the axle back. It does get a little droney after a bit but if you want a nice, deep, loud exhaust, it will drone a bit unless you get some dual mode exhaust. I just turn the the music and enjoy your car

Be sure to look into the systems Corsa is offering. Great sound and no drone. They should be rekeasing their system soon. My car is one of the cars they usee in development and I currently have their Xtreme System on my C7 and love it. Check out this just released video.

I've been waiting since September for companies to release their exhaust. Right now there are only a few companies that have an exhaust available. Billy Boat and Magnaflow. The B&B I hear there is quite a bit of drone and the Magnaflow only comes in a valved option and is around $3k.

Borla released a few of their systems last week but again it's only been the systems with valves so far. Borla is going to be another month at least for non valved systems and Corsa said they will have systems out middle of next month. Which ones who knows.

This waiting sucks. I specifically ordered my car without the NPP because I wanted to go aftermarket. Who knew it was going to take 8 - 9 months for them to make something.
