Ask him for a scan of your GM order workbench sheet. Make sure it's not just the "preliminary acceptance" or code 1100. You want full GM acceptance and recognition of your order, code 2000.

Hopefully will keep a good pace from here on out. Although it doesn't matter to me at this point just so happy I got the one I wanted. AW with z51 package, carbon flash mirror & spoiler, black rims, red calipers, full length carbon racing stripe, navigation, mag ride, 2LT with AR interior.

Got the tracking number & checked with the customer service tracking to be certain. Its gone from 1100 to 2000 in a week & a half. Hopefully will keep a good pace from here on out. Although it doesn't matter to me at this point just so happy I got the one I wanted.
