Finally Arrived

Ordered 2-14-14 - buit 4-8-14 - at dealer 4-15-14 and in my garage 4-21-14. Z51, 7 speed, Adjustable suspension, dual mode exhaust 3LT, micro upper. Added wheel guards, side skirt, Escort and CAGS eliminator. Sweet ride! Major improvement in all respects to my 2011 Z51 Grand Sport. Had originally ordered from dealer with small allocation back in August----- never got the order to '3000' awainting contraints. Went to big allocation dealer in February - BINGO!

I must congratulate you on a fine automobile. I have been on CF since July 2013 when I ordered the EXACT same car (well almost mine is a 2LT). This is the first time I actually see my build on CF. You an I are among the few that stayed away from the black wheels and red interior on the AW body color...

A man of taste...love it...

I pick up mine tomorrow so I will post pics in the AW color thread shortly.

Again congrats and loving your pics. It confirms that FOR ME this is the classiest GT look I could have chosen.

This one is Kalahari gut and Kalahari top. Brownstone is much darker.

My new AW vert is sitting on the showroom floor, paid for, and waiting for Reliable Car Carriers to fetch it for me (The car is in Ohio, I am in South Carolina). I also stayed away from the black wheels (I just can't get used to wheels that look like they are missing their hub caps). The vert I bought has the stock silvers which I am going to swap out for some machine faced TSWs. Tell the truth, I had wanted to go with the red interior, but when I saw the black interior with black suede inserts, I just thought it just looked "rich" (and the suede should keep the seats cooler)....

Congrats my friend and I hope to be driving mine shortly...

Beautiful excellent combo. Silver wheels, 3LT kalahari, mag ride, red calipers. Well thought out package that is eye catching in a good way ( unlike some other attempts we've all seen ).

Ragtops and White are really starting to appeal to me.
