Yes vinyl , perfect color , (white is easy). Close up is perfect. Hand made .Don't like it, peel it off. Might paint, ain't scared. Thanks.

Actually, I don't think I've seen any like it. I've been wondering what paint-matched splitter and side skirts would look like on the C7, and this is the first one I've seen.
