I actually like both very much. I think it depends upon the look you are going after. I had a crystal red with the shiny chrome. Iam putting on order a black car with the black 5 spoke Z51 wheels. Unfortuanately won't have the 15 until early Oct.

I thought that people that like chrome rims buy chrome rims, people that like silver rims buy silver rims, and people that like black rims buy black rims, or is it the other way around, I get so confused in forum sometimes, lol.

I can't stand black wheels-looks like the hubcaps feel off or guy is driving on a spare wheel.
However I realize that this is now the trend and I predict that in 5+ years silver/chrome wheels will go the way of the whitewall tire-to you geezers like me out there-remember when whitewalls looked great and blackwalls were cheap looking-well that has all changed many years ago and I think the same thing will be true with black wheels.
Who knows I might even like them in 5 or 10 years- BUT I CAN"T STAND THEM RIGHT NOW!
