Just got a JD Power survey. Only the second time I've gotten one as far as I recall (I bought 8 new Corvettes and 4-5 Suburbans over the years). I don't know if they have different versions but mine took about 40 minutes to complete. But they did include a dollar bill in the envelope 
Seems a lot longer than any other survey I've done. Of course I graded it "Exceptional" except for the seating space. (Sorry but GM could find another couple inches of leg room for us tall guys...)

I did their survey about 3 weeks ago. I found it interesting what they focused on, being a "quality survey" and all.....

Survey.
When JD asked a question about the back seat, my answer was not favorable. I couldn't find it. I pretty much gave my C7 experience all tens except for the gas tank door and rear visibility. I love my car.
