Default June TPW Date - 6/2

Been watching forum members with May TPW dates and getting a bit jealous so thought those of us with a June TPW date needed a place to congregate and pass the weeks until our orders move into the production sequencing.

My TPW currently sits at 6/2 for a NRB Vert, Kalahari, 3LT, NPP + and ordered with MacMulkin on April 22.

Dan

Updated to TPW - 6/2 which is this week.

Thanks, Dan!

I am SOOOO excited, I can't stand it.

We just got our TPW date of 6/2 for a z51 CGM Coupe, Jet Black, 2LT + Nav, MRC, NPP, red calipers and dual roof package. Ordered on April 24th from Lawley Chevrolet in tiny Sierra Vista, AZ, the order went to 2000 on the last day available for CGM. We thought maybe we were going to have to get a courtesy shipment from a volume dealer, but it worked out just fine.

It used to be that time flew by from week to week and suddenly it is down to a crawl. It's only been a week and a half, but it seems like six months.

We sold our Z06 thinking we would wait six months to a year to replace it, but when CGM was being discontinued, we placed the order.

TPW here of 6/2. AW 2LT, Khalihari, NPP, NAV, AUTO, Z-51 spoiler. Just ordered last week from Criswell. Had previously used two local dealers in Florida, but both came up short and had to cancel. Really excited as this will be my first vette.

I ordered my aw, 1lt, nav, adr red int, red calipers, npp late March and went 1100 on April 24th and to 3000 on April 30th. I haven't gotten my TPW yet but hoping I will get my baby early June. I have what might be a stupid question though..... When you have a TPW of say June 2nd... does that mean thats when the dealer would get it and you will be able to pick it up? Or that's just the week they will finish it at the factory and you still have to wait for it to be shipped to the dealer?

The latter is correct. TPW is target production week. This means that's the week GM anticipates to have your car built. Unfortunately, it's still 1-3 weeks of shipping depending on where you live.

Thank you sir! Was hoping it was the other one. So it's looking like mid to end of June for all of us :-\

So far it seems we have orders that began as early as late March to other in late April and all are headed to a TPW in June....quite a spread in cycle times.

To ddman718, my understanding is a TPW is when the factory is scheduled to produce the car, from there its 1-3 more weeks before it arrives at the dealership depending on method of transportation.

My guess is there will be quite a few more joiners here and June will be a busy month in BG.

Im guessing it will be a 2-4 weeks after the TPW if they actually start making my Vette during the 5/26 week.
