Looks good regardless. I'm going to tint my front windshield that's why I was wondering. That pic just gives me a good idea of how it will look. Thanks for posting

I'm still debating whether to do mine. Down here you need it but I wasn't overly happy when I did my C6. Whatever they used had a "funky" smell and they didn't do well around the dots on the back window. Until I see a C7 done up close I'll wait.

Yeah the guy warned me they often have problems with the rear windshield bubbling because of all the little dots and heating elements. Almost scared me out of it. But the guy did a really nice job, took his time and did it right. He told me if I had any problems with bubbling he would fix it.

I am considering getting mine done but the thought of someone crawling around in my trunk or leaning over, even with a mat, bothers me greatly.

Very nice

Yeah I had to hunt around for a guy who's worked on C7s before. I didn't want to be someone's guinea pig. I was the fourth that he did.

20% looks awesome

NC only allows 35% and we can't tint the windshield below the AS1 line

I think that's nationwide...or at least most states.

Had mine done over at Shademaker on Fowler. Owner did it himself. Great Guy! My car is on his website. I went 24% and contemplating doing my windshield as well. If your ever on the Cape stop bye.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll check out the place. BTW I did my windshield on my C6 but I always had the problem that when I had an oil change I had to tell the tech do not put stickers on my windshield. Plus half my family lives in the Cape so we're over there a lot.

Sounds good, be sure to talk to Gary. Was there anything else you didn't like about your tinted windshield? Any nighttime issues or problems with sensors (Temp)?

Actually had no issues other than I could not use anything that stuck to the windshield like a GPS or inside stickers. No nightime problems. It was darker but also the headlight glare was less as well. But I think it is illegal so why push it.
