Default Interior colors

I am looking at the Crystal red tint coat for the ext color. I hate black, but I think I could live with the Kalahari int. Looking around at different dealers, I came across a red vett and green vett with a very light grey int. Almost looks white. Looking the Chevy web site, they do not offer a light grey int. Where the heck did they get this from?

The C7 "Gray" interior is "Light Gray". Many here think it is too light. I think it looks great but I haven't seen it in person.

A couple pics in here for example:

I have gray in my NRB convertible, I don't have a good photo to post. The interior color choice was heavily influenced by my wife hwoever I must say I am quite happy with it.

The gray that you saw in person is not accurately depicted in the photos on Chevy's web site; the photos on the web site make the color look much darker than it actually is.

It's interesting that you hate black; I thought this Crystal Red/Black coupe was one of the most striking cars on display at the museum bash last month.

I went CRT with the Brownstone. The other options just did not do it for me.

I have a 2LT AW convertible with the all black interior. For the longest time, I did not want the all black, I wanted the AR interior. My wife however, did not like the red and we ultimately purchased a 'vert out of dealer stock with the all black interior. I will tell you this, the black interior has a real feeling of "class" I am sure is not quite as present in the AR and I am MORE then happy with it. At this point, if I could trade straight across for the red, I am not at all sure I would actually do it.

Just a little "food for thought"..

I have the gray and ordered it back in Sept. At that time there were zero to be looked at let alone test drive. When I choose the gray I assumed it would be the same shade gray as my C5. After see the first customer pictures I was really disappointed because it looked so light. Called the dealer to change to black but it was to late. When the car arrived it looked great and I am glad I have gray. Much cooler in the heat also. Mine is a 2IT so not sure of the base or the 3LT with twotone.
My $.020 worth.

See the red interior with the black accents before you decide. I thought it was going to be too much but was pleasantly surprised whenb the car arrived.

After ordering a car and waiting for 2000, I walked into another dealer and there it was, Crystal Red convertible with a Black 3LT interior and black top. Bought it on the spot!

IMHO, you should look at the black again!
