Trouble with Diablo
I’m not a total computer slouch but I’m no geek either, however trying to download and upgrade my diablo sport has me perplexed. I followed the download procedures but when I go to find upgraded tune for my C7 I got nothing. Does someone have some A-B-C steps I can try to get this programer to work. I need my C7 up and running

I had probelms with mine at first and then figured out the installation files that came with the CD were out of date. If you haven't already, go to the Diablo website and download the newer files and install those. After that my Diablo tuner has worked flawlessly.

This. I plugged the tuner in first and foremost, and the downloading, installation and verifying took about 35-40 minutes alone. Patience is key with this step.
Once that was all done, I went to the car on my lunch break and the whole thing was done in 10 minutes.
Car runs flawlessly.

If you have windows 8 there is a specific method for updating your device seperate from other versions of windows. It is on their website

Hopefully you have an Intune. Predator does not work on 2013 or newer. Send an email to Mike at mlitsch@diablosport.com . I had a problem with my install and Mike took care of it in one hour. Great service!
