Packaged in with the cooling rings? Non-Z51 here so no coolings. Hmmm....

Some have reported that it was located under the carpet by the battery.

Mine was in the rear cubby with all the other stuff except the luggage that came with the P.E. vert.

In the rear cubby in a plastic bag with some other stuff. But really, when is the last time you've had to put gas in any car from a gas can. I think the last time I had to was when some lowlife siphoned gas out of my TR2 (which didn't have a working gas gauge) and I ran out on the way home... in 1959.

You're right. It is useless. Until it's not.

But then when is the last time you've see a gas can that doesn't have a built in spout which fits nicely in the filler neck...

I've actually used mine at a gas pump.....some pump handles don't work with the capless filler on the vette. Too short to get past the internals.

Have you used any of the newer, EPA, CARB mandated fuel cans with the totally useless spouts? Not as easy as you might think.

the cap less system will not accept a normal funnel or spout without the adapter. I just used it today (in the garage, not because I ran out gas).
