Default 2015 ordering "beware"

Just a note to tell everybody-that if you are ordering a 2015 you had better do your Homework and Double Check after the Dealer gives you your order #....
There is a lot to Consider this Year including Late Availability on a few of what will probably be Popular ....Harvey

Harvey, are you at the top of the list for the Z06, if so, when do you expect your arrival?

Harvey; We all obviously want to do as much homework as possible. I for one am "ordering a 2015" so I have much more than just a passive interest in your post. But "most of us" only have the dealer and the GM Reps of Marissa or Jennie to answer our questions. If the dealer isn't going to be honest with the customer there is really very little that a guy can do. Iam one of those that is still wrestling with the idea of "C7-Z51 VS ZO6". And until a person can get the "honest pricing" you really can't make much of a final decision. Unless money is no object but that doesn't fit most of us. So "what do you suggest"?????????

Actually, I don't get the point of this post/thread. Its obvious, at least, to me that one should always do their homework before laying out 60+K. Am I missing something? If in doubt, order from a Forum dealer. They are very knowledgeable. And, for the most part, "straight shooters".

I think what he really means is to double-check the details in the order guide for what you are ordering because there are a number of this have have a "delay availability" note on them.

The 2015 Online Order/Reference Guide also shows (5WY) Suede quilted headliner as Late availability, but only for for coupes ordered with both 1LT and Z51. All other coupe configurations do not show that constraint.

I would think that's a typo since a 1LT non-Z51's interior should be the same as a 1LT with Z51.

I would disagree... all NAV. units will have the PDR and ALL 3LT will have NAV. so I would bet they will not be on constrant,

There are also more than 2/3 of cars built with NAV. so that would kill 2015 start up.

There's late availability... And constraint items. I have heard that the ZF1 will be a constrained item.

Again, we all are already aware of these type or ordering concerns, nothing earthshattering.

That LPO is not even in the order guide anymore. It was deleted in the week of 6/2 update:

Coupe Interior section-Deleted (5WY) LPO, Suede quilted headliner, completely.
