Dumb Question

I'll probably get some flack, as I should know the answer, but can find nothing in the manual. Does it hurt anything if the side view mirrors are closed against the doors when the car is not being used. I have a car cover from an older vette that I had and it will fit the C7 if I leave the mirrors closed.

Since C5 mirrors were so bad about falling off, I have been afraid to move mine.

I fold mine all the time since in the garage My wife and I are always walking by with groceries ,etc My old C5 mirrors folded just fine !!! My wife wiped out the passenger side mirror from my old 2003 Pontiac GP one time because they were fixed !!! OUCH !!! Wayne
