2015 ordering allocation/ "delay order"
I am on a list at an area dealer to order a 2015 stingray once they can place orders.
Is it possible to place the order- but put a delay on it?- I would like to receive the car sometime in/ March/April. I live in the northeast and there is no point in receiving the car- just to put it in storage for 4-5 months.
Over the phone they made it sound like they could not do that- but I meet with them end of the week

The dealer may take the order and hold it for you. If he turns it in to GM, it will be built according to GM's schedule. An order accepted by GM now is surly going to be built before March.
